I thought I would make a digital scrapbook like blog to showcase all my influences for making my movie.

These are all trailers and short clips that inspired my movie, I wanted a combination of a thriller/horror movie.

3D Design

Started making a quick wee 3D model of my car! Didn't get far but hopefully you can see what I'm trying to head towards.

Character Design

So we have to create a character and animate it.  It has to be a few minutes long and must incorporate the fundamental principals of animation i.e. pose to pose, anticipation, exaggeration, timing etc.

I want to create a character based on an ageing old drag artist.  I want him to have a bland look on his face as tho he has been doing this for years and has gotten himself into a routine, still performing for an audience but has an attitude problem. 

For inspiration I looked at the work of Tim Burtons "Corpse Bride" at the character Maudeline Everglot.  She has the face I'm looking for my drag man!

3D Design

Our first task is to make a vehicle in Maya! These are some pics of inspiration to me :)
